Ducts & Vents Installation and Replacement
Would not RECOMMEND BEC Electric Inc. dba Service Lion Plumbing Heating Air Electric: Had them come out to do some work, but instead I received mounts of uneasiness and stress. It started off with technicians failing to follow company's protocol of laying out mats on floors, putting shoe covers on before entering the house and putting gloves on; shortly after, our house breakers had to be reset because of usage of too much power from the aerosol sealant machine and then the substance going into our air ducts began to leak out from attic which set off our smoke detector. This was a bit chaotic having to open windows and air out smoke! This became stressful because of the sense of incompetency. After the entire ordeal BEC Electric Inc. dba Service Lion Plumbing Heating Air Electric only demonstrated incompetency, lack of integrity and sincerity, false advertisement, and not properly restoring the customers confidence and dignity. I strongly advise against using their services.

Overpriced. Charged over $500 for a $21-22 original equipment capacitor/secondary motor control with 45 minutes of labor. Other recommendations and Membership declined because of seemingly high costs. Original equipment parts again were several hundred dollars less than provided estimates for additional work. Unless they can justify $200-$300 an hour for labor, they are not reasonable. Get 2 estimates, even if you have to pay for the estimate. Better pricing elsewhere I'm sure. Clean work and friendly tech. On time and after 5:00.

Drain Clog or Blockage Clearing
The technician and the office staff was very professional, showed up on time and knew exactly how to address the plumbing issue. cleared the clog drain right away and did some extra cleaning of the drain so it would flow better. I recommend them and will call them back in the future.

They put in a generator transfer switch.for me for a 5500W portable generator. Other electricians didnâ t want the job as they would rather install large stationary generators which costs a lot more. They came back to make sure the generator would power the house, and they had to make an adjustment so it would work properly. If you need this kind of work, call them.

I didn't like how this pro did all that was a just simple project to install some chandelier and he did even give me a price or range over the phone to how much this was going to take and he finished not really good with a ridicules price to get it done just in two hours

The customer service quality was poor. They introduced themselves but did not offer any proof they were who they said they were. The truck did not have a logo on it, they shirts did not have logos on them. I never saw any proof they were Service Lion. I asked for a receipt and was told they would request it from the office and have it emailed to me. It has been a week and I have not seen it. Am I old fashioned in what I want. I have ALWAYS gotten a receipt for services paid for.

We have purchased new trucks lately and not all of them are wrapped with our vehicle graphics yet. We have been doing as many as our graphics vendor can do but they are extremely busy and the vehicle wraps take 1-2 days to complete. We are working on it. You received a welcome email when you booked your initial appointment. Inside that email are instructions for logging into your account where you can download all of your invoices, estimates, see photos of your project, make payments, etc. Please give us a call 714-400-2378 so we can resolve your concerns.
