They were awesome and did not pressure on repairs. They left a list of things to go over with my husband. I am really happy with them. I have had the air done and I am going to have the heater done as soon as I get a paycheck.

They went way beyond our expectations to make things right! On June 30th one of the zones that Service Champions installed two years earlier stopped putting out cold air. We called for a repair appointment and were told that they could have someone come out in 12 days--AT THE EARLIEST. Since it was VERY hot outside, we laughed at their lack of concern for our well being and immediately called a different company, who had someone out to fix the problem the next day (for $423).Then, the unbelievable happened...we got a call from Roni at Service Champions who said she read about our problem on Angie's List, and how very sorry they were that we had not received better service. She offered to have someone come out right away to fix the problem, but we explained that we had another company take care of that already. Then, she apologized again AND OFFERED TO PAY FOR ALL OF THE REPAIRS DONE BY THE OTHER COMPANY!!!!! Yup, that's right...they actually gave us a check to cover 100% of the cost of the repairs--and didn't even ask us to change our review on Angie's List (we are doing this on our own).I have NEVER had a company follow up and make amends like that. We are overwhelmed at the level of service.So, we are updating our review to reflect the follow up and compensation we received. Humans make mistakes--it's a given. But, very few people own up to their mistakes like Service Champions did. We are very impressed, and will use this company again.
