Tim Nowak first advised us on planning the jobs by listenening to our preferences.. Our contract with him was clear and he stuck to the estimated cost. His expert crew gutted the bathrooms, installed new plumbing (we chose and purchased the fixtures), tiled the walls, made final adjustments, and cleaned up the site. He and his people have returned as needed to make any final adjustments or changes. They are friendly, clean, and good communicators. We could have gotten the jobs done more cheaply, but the quality wouldn't match his work, ou our standards.

As a retired Chief Building Inspector for the City of Los Angeles I have dealt with thousands of contractors in my 38 year career. I can unequivocally say Sam and Tim Nowak are in the top three contractors I have had the pleasure to work with. Prior to signing our contract I deliberately never told Sam what I did for a living. This way I could gage if what he was telling me was accurate. Sam never once gave me misinformation and on two occasions suggested I go the least expensive way in our project, which meant a lower profit for them. I ultimitely told Sam what I did for a living only AFTER we signed the contract. They are professional, timely and the cleanest contractors I have ever seen. Tim kept us informed of what was was accomplished each day and what we could expect in the days to come. Tim and his crew were always polite, on time and if they were going to be late he called to let us know. Should we ever need the services of a licensed contractot there will be no need to research several contractors as we did for this project. My wife and I higly recommend them to anyone.
