Protech Construction

Chris and his guys showed up to look over the damages and stopped further damages from happening. They were all great, the cleaned up everything and started to dry down all that was wet.

We decided to go with Protech after we met with the Estimator who came after all the drying and clean up work was done. We were assigned a jobsite manager John, he worked with us showed us samples and helped us along the way dealing with our insurance company.

John said I could call him day or night and gave me his cell number and he always answered when I called although I tried not to call him too late but he was always understanding and knew what I wanted.

All the workers cleaned up after themselves and were polite and did what they were supposed to do.

What more could you ask, they made a bad situation bearable and in the end my place looks better than it did before.

Phil Miramore was the estimator & superintendent on my project. He was always careful, on time, communicative, obliging to my concerns. He basically took care of all my repairs and he dealt with all the workers. I would highly recommend Phil and Protech, and I am one tough cookie. I have never given all "A"s before, and I remodeled my whole house!

Protech Construction did a fantastic job, John our project manager was in communication with us letting us know when the worker would be there, the flooring crews did a great job, the painters and drywallers made sure to put up plastic to control dust. At the end of each phase our jobsite was left clean and ready for the next crew. They came out to us to show us samples so we didn't have to go all around town looking at samples. Chris and his emergency service team did a great job they were there with in hours setting up drying equipment and made sure everything was safe and cleaned up. Over all Protech Construction did a fantastic job very professional and made dealing with my insurance company easy, they handled a lot of the headaches for me. I would recommend them to anyone.

The estimate and cost was entirely too high. I got a second estimate for a paint job for $4000, but they charged us $18000. The estimator blatantly overcharged on everything but the insurance company never seemed to care. Everything was sub-standard work and we'd have to have things fixed 2 or 3 times.  After many letters and constant contact with Brea Protech, Vince Paglia and Cad Puhls we received no satisfaction even though we told them that we had tangible estimates from other companies showing that they had overcharged for the job.
