Toni Williams at Prominent Escrow Services was great. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Hands down, I will be a client for life for all my escrow needs. Prominent Escrow Services handled the escrow for my mortgage refi (through Pacific Coast Home Loans - Noah Sharifi). Toni, the senior escrow officer at Prominent, quickly handled the escrow and smoothed out any bumps, She was patient, very knowledgeable, and always able to be reached. It was a great process working with her and I will gladly look to perform business with her in the future if/when the time arises. (I did a zero cost refi with Noah (Pacific Coast Home Loans), so my out-of-pocket cost was zero. Toni/Prominent was paid by Noah. Noah offers true zero cost mortgage refi's. So, that is why my approx. cost was $0).
