ProGressive Builders

I needed a top to bottom bath remodel. I called four from Angie's list, only two showed up to provide an estimate, Progressive Builders and another company. The other company took an hour of my time but never followed through with an estimate, even though I called them twice. From the start, Progressive was attentive and responsive. Project Manager Brian met with us, discussed our needs, wants and visions for the new bath, and provided the estimate that we went with. The estimated time on the job was about three weeks; it took more than four. However, they showed up when they said they'd show up, and on time. They took care to cover surfaces to prevent damage/dust & debris. They did a meticulous, quality job. Brian and Todd, the job foreman, were both 110% available when I had an issue, and any problems got resolved quickly. Their subcontractors were all friendly and professional, and did outstanding work. I speak only English, and there were no language barrier issues.

HE WAS EASY TO WORK WITH. HE HAD GOOD IDEAS. HE PROVIDED MATERIALS TO PICK FROM. HE WAS A QUICK WORKER AND A HARD WORKER. EVERYONE FROM CONTRACTOR DOWN ARE BUSY, SO IT'S ALL A MATTER OF TIMING. ONCE THE CALENDAR WAS SITUATED.
