I HAD A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL DIAGNOSING THE PROBLEM AND COMING UP WITH A SOLUTION FOR ME. THEY WERE VERY COOPERATIVE. THEY TRANSFERRED EVERYTHING I HAD STORED ON THE COMPUTER ONTO ANOTHER HARD DRIVE. HE EXPLAINED TO ME THINGS I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW I HAD. THEY GAVE ME PROGRAMMING FROM MICROSOFT THAT I DIDN'T KNOW WAS AVAILABLE AND MADE MY COMPUTER RUN A HUNDRED TIMES BETTER.

THEY MAY HAVE BEEN MORE EXPENSIVE,BUT THE WORK WAS DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. THE COMPUTER WAS READY AS PROMISED OFFERED ME LOW COST SOLUTIONS TO HELP STOP THE PROBLEMS THAT I HAVE HAD WITH MY MACHINE.
