This is a belated review, but the service was so good, we didn't want to neglect writing about it.
Bill came to my parents' house in January of 2013 to give us an estimate on custom closets as well as garage organization. He was great to work with - quick, to-the-point, very knowledgeable, and gave us detailed drawings with measurements. We got this company's name by recommendation from a neighbor. Their price was competitive and did not include mark-ups followed by discounts - i.e. no haggling needed or accepted.
Once we gave the go-ahead, they were able to get us on their schedule within 3-4 weeks, but we selected a date about 5 weeks out to fit with our schedule. The install of both the garage cabinets and the closet shelving was able to be completed in one day. The installers were quick and clean.
One year after the install, we continue to be very pleased with the cabinets and shelving. Couldn't have asked for better service, the product is sturdy and durable and the price was competitive with the 2-3 additional bids we got.
