Jax Auto has been servicing Brea since 1985 with a long record of happy customers. Jack has been in the Automotive service industry since 1976. Jax Auto is accredited with BBB since May 23, 1994. Our technicians are trained and certified by ASE and our facility is Bosch certified. We are active members of the ASC and are AAA approved. When you deal with us you know you are dealing with a quality independently owned shop. We work on Trucks, SUV's, Imports, Domestics and we also work on Hybrids. They completed the safety check and notified me that I needed all the struts replaced for approx. $1500.

I took my car to the shop I normally go to for that kind of problem. They tested and checked my car thoroughly and said that there was nothing wrong with the struts. If it had been my wife alone, she would have paid for a repair that was not necessary

They charged the price they quoted and were friendly. It took longer than they said, but it was due to my tire being old. I will go back especially since they didn't try to overcharge me because I am a female.

The work was fine, and they did the job when they said they were going to. Their price was average; they were no cheaper or no more expensive than anybody else around. They were close. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

I go to them because they are the closest. It's easy for me to get in there. I made an appointment and they did just what needed to be done. Their price was fine. I had already price shopped. They were responsive. The car was ready at the time they said that it would be. The guy I dealt with was very professional. I hope to deal with him again and his name was Brian. I will use their services again in the future.

They do the repairs they say they are going to do. They don't try to push any other services to be done. They got my vehicle fixed on schedule. They were also a very clean company.
