They are fine. They are great in every way, except that it's very expensive. I think they give excellent care and they really keep up with research. If they don't really like your pet a lot, they are taking it really well. I feel like they are taking special care about my pet and they take their time. They are very thorough.

I brought my 20 year old chihuahua mix dog in. He had been to another vet and had been diagnosed with a large tumor that was impacting his liver and kidney function. The vet didn't think there was much to do for him, so I looked for a holistic vet to see if they could recommend something else.
Dr. Zhempo reviewed all of my dog's records and lab results and discussed his condition with me. She agreed that it was not a wise course of action to try and remove the tumor, given it's size and my dog's age. She recommended switching him to a home cooked diet that would help feed and nourish him without feeding his tumor too much. She talked me through what he needed to eat and sent me away with several supplements to help with his kidney and liver function.
My dog is doing much better and has put back on some of the weight he lost recently. Dr. Zhempo is really wonderful and I'm very grateful I found her.
This vet is pretty expensive ($70 exam fee), so I'm not taking my other dogs there yet. I will continue to bring my elderly dog to Dr. Zhempo because I believe she has really saved him. He still has the tumor, but he his happy and healthy for now and we hope to keep him that way for a while.

I recently moved from TX and my dog was due for her annual check up and a couple of vaccinations. The Dr was great and I like the fact that she is holistic and conservative on her vaccinations. She decided not to vaccinate my dog since she is considered senior at 7 years old and it could stress her immune system. My dog has probably been over vaccinated her whole life already.

The staff was friendly and very accommodating with the schedule. I was able to get a same day appointment (with a little shuffle on their part). They also scheduled a non-anesthetic teeth cleaning and grooming for 2 dogs all on the same day/time so I wouldn't have to drive back and forth multiple times. Overall I was very pleased with the service.

They are thorough and overall provides a pretty good service.

They are just great. The main vet is very holistic which is important to me. I appreciate that she gives herbal remedies to my pets. I like her very much. She is very caring and thorough. The techs are also very knowledgable.

I needed a same-day appointment, and they were able to get me in on the same day. My dog had a watery eye. They were really nice, as usual.

They were great over the phone, very helpful and friendly. When I arrived they saw us right away. The Dr. explaned everything to me and was very nice. She was great with my dog. We were perscribed medcine for the itching and infection and told how to use them. She also talked to me about her diet. The Dr. perfers natural remedies when they are available, which i really like. They are going to call this week to check up on us. Overall a great experince.

I use them for grooming, doggie day care, dental cleaning, and annual check ups. They genuinely care about your pet. The doctors are knowledgeable and use a holistic approach.

This vet is great. He has over 15 years of experience and does a very good job treating my pets. The staff is friendly and the clinic is nice and clean and has a good atmosphere. The vet and everyone there is very caring to both the owner and the pet. They also provide doggie day care on site. It is easy to get an appointment. I love going there and will use them for a long time.

THEY ARE JUST TOTALLY OUTSTANDING. I'VE HAD NO NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE WITH THEM WITH THESE DOGS OR MY PREVIOUS DOGS. I USED TO WORK FOR A VETERINARIAN, AND THESE PEOPLE ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CARING.

IT WAS EXCELLENT. THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIBLE PEOPLE WHO CARE ABOUT ANIMALS. THEY ALWAYS DO WHAT THEY CAN.
