I'm not sure what is happening with this company, because they post all 5 star reviews! are they fake??? Because they are awful! I was having issues with my Viking refrigerator...(it was beeping but still cooling) called them and the service tech said we needed 2 mother boards replaced. So we ordered them and they sent out someone to replace them. The second guy said you don't need the motherboards installed, so he cleaned the coils and left. Then it continued to beep, so I called again and asked them to send the guy out WITH the motherboards to replace them. They sent a 3rd guy out and he said it wasn't the motherboards but we needed a new inverter. So we paid $850 for that. 2 days later it completely shut off! I called and called and the manager would never call me back! Something is wrong when you send 3 different techs and they EACH have a different diagnosis!!! But the most frustrating part was ZERO communication. Calls and messages and they didn't have the curtesy to call me back. SO I've wasted time and money and have a completely broken fridge. I would NOT trust this company. They may have been good in the past, but not now!!! Major problems in the management for sure!!!!

Very unreliable. Did not show up on two occasions for the appointment they scheduled for me. Without so much as a phone call. After several attempts were not able to repair my appliance, but we’re billing the manufacturer for each failed attempt. Customer service was terrible and the knowledge of the repair people they sent out seemed very limited.

I have used this provider before to repair my Asko appliances (dishwasher and washing machine).  Though expensive, they have always done a very professional job.  Over Thanksgiving weekend, I tried using Angie's List's scheduling feature to schedule a service call for the following week.  I described the problem and gave them 3 possible dates.  I never heard a word back.  My husband called them the following week and they told him that they no longer service Asko appliances.  I would have appreciated a response to my email letting me know that.  It turned out that my husband was able to diagnose the problem himself without too much trouble and was able to have the repair done quite inexpensively.  I'm sure any competent appliance repair technician could have repaired it, they didn't need to be Asko certified.

It was fabulous. They are the only company in San Diego County that are authorized to repair Viking Refrigerators. They knew immediately what the problem and that it couldn't be fixed(there was nothing wrong with refrigerator). They told us about a recall with the hinges. They told us if we kept the refrigerator we wouldn't be able to use water and ice maker. They gave us a number for Viking to get a new refrigerator at about 50% off. They also explained why it was a hazard to repair the problem. They had to come a long way-Orange County. They did install the new refrigerator at no cost to us.

It went great! The original estimate was in the $3,000 range from three suppliers. William at Executive Appliance Repair did some research and called the next morning (early) to tell me the parts were still under warranty so the price would be around $1500. None of the others did this. The parts arrived and the service was scheduled, William arrived promptly at 10 A.M. as agreed. Brian came a few minutes later and they started the repair. We were told the repair could take most of the day, but they were through before 1:00 P.M. And, the final price was less than $1300! We were ecstatic!

They didn't make any mess. They cleaned up the house and didn't leave a mess. Everything was really good. They were extremely polite on the phone. I dealt with a fellow named Zach. They came out on time. Everything went really well. I didn't have any problems with them at all. They were a little far out, but they were willing to come to do an installation.

my name is mrs brooks, i live in anaheim, i called Executive as i was referred to them by a neighbor to look at my sub zero that was not cooling, they came out the same day and cleaned my condenser that was dirty. Everything is working fine now.
