We talked with them for quite a while before making our decision, and we were impressed with their preparedness and the quality of their answers. Once we signed the contract, they came when they said they were coming and did what they said they would do, always in a friendly manner. Everything works beautifully. Our dishes sparkle and our laundry is soft again; there are no more water stains disfiguring the decorative fountain in the courtyard. Extra kudos to representative Wanda Smith, who saw the project through and came back two weeks after completion to re-test our water and make sure everything was running the way it was supposed to. We'd recommend EcoWater to anyone. This was an expensive project and we surely could have cut some corners by going with someone else, but we feel we got every dime's worth that we put into this. We're completely satisfied.

The first visit to service the under-sink filter went well. Service manager Nick was friendly and quick. He inspected the basement softener and told us that two technicians would need to return on a subsequent visit to service it because it's large and requires two people to handle it. He quoted us $750 to do the work. We made an appointment but the day of the appointment their dispatcher called to say that only one of the technicians would be coming and that the other one would need to come on another day, forcing us to stay home a 3rd day to get this done. When the one technician came out, he made it clear that he was expecting Nick to be there to assist and the job took over 5 hours to complete. He then gave us a COD invoice for $850 forcing us to call Nick to get it changed back to the $750 he'd quoted. The next day when the Nick came back to finish, he gave us another invoice for $250 which he didn't quote. When we complained he made excuses and never apologized.
