The owner Frank is very helpful and professional.  Even though I contacted him last minute, he responded immediately and sent out one of his workers who paid great attention to detail and even cleaned surfaces I hadn't considered needed cleaning -- with no added charge.  His employee was professional, respectful, clean and easy to work with.  Eastside went the extra mile help prepare for the party and even helped set up some extra tables and chairs.  I will hire them again and do recommend them to friends.

We have used this company in the past three times, and they were always very good. A husband and wife team would come and spend all day cleaning every window, French door and screen inside and out. We have a 10,000+ two-story home, thus it is a very large job requiring all day. When they came to provide service this time, a couple of young guys came. They were very respectful and careful to remove their shoes and not make a mess when they entered the house, but their finished work was terrible. They said they were finished after less than 4 hours. Looking at their "completed" work, there are still cobwebs, dust, dirt and grime both inside and outside of the windows. The screen doors were never touched. They had extension poles, but no ladders, so the upper windows are streaky and spotted. When I called the owner back the next day (who does the booking), he said he would send them back out again. I told him I didn't want the original pair, since they had done such a shoddy job. I requested the older couple we'd had for the past three years, but was told they were busy with "important" clients. I then stated that if they didn't come within the next two days I was not paying. I was told that was my choice, and it was fine.
