When I first called them they said they call will me back and they call the next day morning. I would use them again in the future.

I have an '01 Mitsubishi 73and quot; rear projection that was giving off a yellow tint. They stated for $65 they would come out and check it out; might be something simple. The came quickly as I live locally, and quickly took it apart right there. They said it needed a part that needed to be ordered, that parts and labor would be $350 total (less the service call). When I gave them the OK (right then and there) he ordered the part. He said he'd have it back in 3-5 days which was great. This was on a Thursday. Well they called on Saturday and had it ready to go. It works like new...very satisfied!!

After agreeing to the repair and price, his guys came by to pickup the TV. It was repaired within the estimated week and his guys came back out to hook it back up. The unit works like new and I am hoping it will be good for a good number of years.

(This is the second time I've used Brea TV and the second time I've been very happy with their work. My wife and I took the TV into them but after they fixed it we had them bring it back. (It turned out to be too heavy for my wife to help me carry it.) I trust them in how much they charged for the repair, not having any reference pricing, and they were very reasonable in charging for the return. The TV works like a charm now. Another excellent job!
I had forgotten to tell them that we were an Angie's List customer, so I don't know if we would have received a discount of any kind, but the repair was far less money than a new TV. Because it was 5 years old, he said that it was a quality TV and worth fixing. If it had been newer, he said they are just junk and should be tossed.

They did excellent work for me.
