 + -1 moreThey are great. They email you when they are going to deliver. They give you a list of delivery dates and then they email you to remind you that they are coming. The guys are always really nice and they do a good job. The first guy who ever delivered my water told me that if I ever had trouble lifting my water to give him a call, he gave me his cell number, and he would come and do it for me. I have never did it. I have always managed to do it myself, but there may come a time where I can't. I will use them again.
Description of Work: I use Arrowhead Drinking Water for my water cooler. They deliver my water. They deliver 3 5 gallon water bottles and a case of 16 ounce bottles every month.

 + -1 moreI spoke to a representative on the phone and requested rates and information regarding home delivery services. I compared rates with other companies and decided to go with Arrowhead due to the water quality and price. I received a confirmation email, but the delivery time frame was incorrect. I sent an email to have it switched from morning to afternoon. They responded quickly and delivered in the afternoon.
Description of Work: They delivered the dispenser and water bottles during the time period they said they would.

 + -1 moreDRIVER WAS VERY NICE AND ACCOMMODATING. ESPECIALLY LIKED THAT THEY HAD A COMPUTER CALL TO REMIND US OF EMPTY BOTTLE PICKUP AND DELIVERY DATES.
