Robert and his associate showed up on time, reviewed with me the work to be done and proceeded to clean the agreed upon areas thoroughly and professionally. The results in every area exceeded my expectations. Robert also provided some very useful suggestions on how to maintain the carpet and tile. I will not hesitate to use All Points Chem Dry in the future and recommend them without reservation.

Mr. Rodriguez had set a time to arrive, but he was able to come earlier, so his wife called and let me know. He assessed the problem and said he couldn't guarantee the stains would come out, but he gave it a good try, and the room looked very nice when he finished. I appreciated that he was flexible as to doing the other room. Everything was done in a very neat and professional manner.
