I spent a substantial amount. He has done general plumbing work on my rental property and my own house. He has been doing plumbing for years and really knows what he's doing. He is a very common sense person. I have used him three or four times. He is an older operator and works by word-of-mouth. I don't know if he likes a lot of paperwork and phone calls. He is pretty businesslike and set in his ways. He is straightforward and very professional. I don't think his business is very brisk. My experience with him has been excellent.
