James saved me a lot of unnecessary expense. He came out promptly on a Saturday and resolved my leaky toilet and did it right the first time! Won't use anybody else in the area.

They are amazing. They were shocked at how badly the previous work was done and explained the proper safe way to do the job.They are soooo busy but they fitted me in on their lunch hour and will come back as soon as the new stove is delivered.
I can't thank them enough.

James and team are wonderful. He shows up when he says, returns phone calls, sticks to estimates when possible and doesn't over charge. He has a huge amount of plumbing knowledge and experience and will point out things that could cause potential problems. He will save you money when he can without doing an inferior job just to cut costs. Whatever your problem, it will be done right. He's my go to guy.

He was great. He was recommended to me by somebody else. He turned up right away and took care of my problem. He did exactly what he said he was going to do. He was very, very good. I had called several plumbers and was taking different estimates when a friend recommended James. He called me right away and set something up the next day. There was a problem with the equipment and he went out and got a different one and replaced it. And he actually gave us a better one for the same price, so he actually took a little bit of a loss on the water heater. I made him take it though.
