RICHARDS TREE SERVICE

We are very happy with the service provided. The team took down a large tree, removed several stumps that were not originally quoted, and cleaned up much quicker than we expected. We will definitely be calling them again.

had a crew there at 8:30 a.m. all done and cleaned by 10:30 a.m. very punctual in calling us back, giving us a quote and having work done within a few days of our call.

Overall I really liked using Richards and I would use them again. They returned my calls unlike a few places I called and could get the job done for 1/2 of the other quote. It was a tough job with trees in difficult locations. However I did learn that when getting a quote you need to be very specific. Where will the chopped bits go? How big will you chop them. (they can measure your fireplace or stove to make the rounds fit) also where exactly will you leave them? I didn't specify these and I wish I had known to ask ahead of time.
If you need tree work done, especially in tough locations, they will get the job done, just ask all the seemingly dumb questions.

Tree services were punctual and they seem proffessional as well. They never spoilt any thing around our house. They cleared other drops of other trees. The turn up when they were suppose to and did what they are suppose to, cut trees.

They are really good. They were quite efficient, and they cleaned up. They came in they helped me out an I had a satellite image problem so they needed to clear some trees away, and they did a very thorough job, and they cleaned up very well and they accepted before it was painted. They came in one day it was done and gone and no bills. I would recommend them anytime. I would say that's great business model, and I am sure they made a lot of money off the wood. I was quite pleased with them.

They did a tolerable job. I was disappointed with their service. When a representative came to give me the quote, he said the job would cost about 150 dollars an hour, and that the job would take two hours. The job ended up lasting one hour, and they still charged me for two.

The oak tree itself took about a day. They cleaned everything up and hauled everything away. The people were courteous and professional. Richard, the owner of the company, was very knowledgeable. He's an arborist.

First Richard came and looked over the job and gave us an estimate which we felt was very fair, actually we were surprised how low it was. Richard called the day before the job and then came exactly on time the next morning with a crew of two. The tree cutting went very fast, Richard really knows how to cut very large trees with complete safety. The tree was cut up into 2 foot pieces ready for splitting. He does not provide a splitting service, but he will recommend someone, if needed. They also bring a commercial shredder and clean up all the branches, etc. The job took less time then we expected. After all was done, they did a great job cleaning up the entire area of all saw dust and debris. We have hired Richard a few times before and have always been extremely happy with his service and price. He is very professional and definitely reliable. We have recommended him to a number of neighbor's and they also have been very satisfied with his work.
