OUR INSPECTOR WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE WAS PUNTUAL, CONSIDERATE, NICE, AND COURTEOUS. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE WHEN WE ASKED HIM QUESTIONS, AND WILLING TO SHARE INFORMATION RIGHT AWAY (AS OPPOSED TO WAITING UNTIL THE REPORT WAS DONE). HE USED A PALM PC TO RECORD MUCH OF HIS DATA WHICH SEEMED VERY EFFICIENT AND EFFECTIVE FOR HIS WORK. HE EVEN OFFERED TO EMAIL THE REPORT TO US, IN ADDITION TO PROVIDING THE WRITTEN REPORT. THE REPORT WAS DONE WITHIN A DAY OR TWO, AND WE WERE HAPPY TO BE ABLE TO INCLUDE IT IN OUR DOCUMENTS FOR OUR OPEN HOUSE THAT FOLLOWING WEEKEND.
