Jorge needs to change the company name because this is the most unreliable contractor we have ever hired. He came in with a reasonable quote and was very nice at first but after 2 days on the job and a very small section of our 2000LF of fencing to completed, he walked off the job. We had to get the Contractors State Licensing Board involved just to legally make him come back and finish. He finally came back 2 months later after changing the contract so that he was no longer responsible for any clearance where the fence would go and we really didn't care at this point. We just wanted the job done. Did I mention that the project was supposed to only take 14 days? It ended up taking 5 months from start to finish and the work was sub par. The CSLB hired an inspector and we found a post that was damaged and several caps that were broken. This was a brand new vinyl 3 rail horse fence! They also cut larger holes where the horizontal slats fit and now we have huge gaps where moisture and rodents can get trapped. He installed a black chain link fence on the inside that was suppose to go to the ground and in some places there is a foot of open space between the bottom of the chain link and the ground. He put in a fabricated vinyl gate (we asked for a full vinyl gate) that looks terrible but he wasn't willing to replace it for what we wanted and still ended up paying the inflated price. To top it off, Jorge made several derogatory sexist comments to my husband and was just very unprofessional. Do not hire this guy because you will not get what you paid for and since there is no integrity, the job may or may not get completed. If I could have given him no stars I would have.

Complete communication failure, lack of care to resolve concerns. Not good business.

George was ultra knowledgeable, polite and friendly. His bid was similar to 3 other companies and his demeanor and expertise tipped the scale in his favor. He replaced 125 feet of iron fencing across the back of our lot per our HOA specifications including the exact color of green we needed. Timing was exactly what he had estimated, his crew cleaned up each day and they got the job done quicker than expected. The fence is beautiful and we have given his name to several neighbors. Would definitely go with ReliaBuilt again.

WE CALLED GEORGE (SINCE HE WAS A REAL NICE GUY THE FIRST TIME HE DID WORK FOR US) BACK AND ASKED IF HE COULD GIVE US THE ESTIMATE. HE NEVER RETURNED OUR CALL OR GAVE US THE NAME OF A PERSON WHO COULD BUILD US A RETAINING WALL AS WELL.

WE WONT USE HIM AGAIN WHICH IS UNFORTUNATE SINCE WE HAD A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE THE FIRST TIME.

Poor clean up.Workmanship on gate was so poor that I was told and quot;to be gentile or it would fall off.
Theboss would not come and look at it.

They were able to work with the fence. I liked the quality. They did a good job. They were prompt. The fence lookes really good. There weren't any problems.

They were outstanding....good quality work, completed the job on time and were very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them!

The owner's first name is George and I got a lot done with him. We had a little bit of a problem with the automated gate but he was patient and ultimately the problem as resolved. I will use him again.

George was great. He was able to provide a rough estimate over the phone so I can budget the project. He came out onsite to review the area and tell me what needed to be done. George was knowledgeable of the various products and also helped me match a fence on the other side. He provided the estimate via email. Every time I called or emailed him he responded right away.
He worked with both myself and my neighbor. My neighbor discussed the start day and there was some confusion or missed communication on the start day, but since I wasn't part of that conversation I can't say for sure what happened. I know George's team showed up around when I expected them and completed the work in the timeframe he had stated.
Because of the odd location and slope of the hill there was a gap where 4 fences come together that is seen from the neighbor's side but not my side of the fence. George came out to inspect and discuss options. I was worried we would end up with ugly posts sticking out. He came up with a very nice solution and sent his team over within a short time of that conversation to provide the fix. He also helped fix the neighbor's old gate. All of this he did quickly and at no extra cost.
I am very happy with the fence. It looks nicer than I had expected.

Their price was competitive and pretty good. It did not go great. I had to have them fix a couple of things but it turned out good. They were not on time and it was kind of hard to reach them. They did not come in when they were supposed to a couple of times. So, it was a little inconvenient from that perspective.

It went wonderfully. They had the best estimate. They were prompt, punctual, courteous, and they cleaned up after themselves. It only took them 7 hours. I was very impressed. I would highly recommend them!
