 + -1 moreI placed an order for flowers to be delivered. they mixed up the order and offered to replace it. Then they reneged. They tried to explain that I was at fault for their mistake. I was called a liar. They do not treasure customer relations or customer service as a principle tenet of their operating procedures. Unfortunately there was an easy solution but they were more intent on placing fault than fixing the problem. If you decide to order from them, make sure you are very specific and demand that they read back the order to you because if they mix up your order they will blame you for their mistake. Caution and Beware.
Description of Work: Wrong flower arrangement was sent to recipient.
