It's us again, the condo flip in Rancho Bernardo. Alfredo finished remodeling our 2 bathrooms and they turned out beautiful! Since this was flip we didn't want to have to tear out the entire shower so Alfredo recommended glazing it. It not only turned out great but the persons he recommended charged us a lot less than other quotes. We had tile left over from our kitchen reno so Alfredo used that for the bathrooms. Now everything matches! Our posted photos when we listed the condo looked amazing! A bid came in over listed price and we know that was because of the outstanding job by Renteria Construction. We recommend this company for all your construction remodel needs!

Alfredo was recommended to us. We had seen a previous kitchen remodel he completed and liked the results. We're flipping a condo in Rancho Bernardo and wanted to start the remodeling process with the biggest project... the Kitchen! Alfredo gave us a lot of different ideas and options, keeping in mind that we'd be selling the property quickly. He offered suggestions that kept our costs down. He recommended a granite company in Mira Mar that was very affordable the had beautiful counter tops. He also recommended a countertop installer. He even met us at Home Depot to pick out needed materials. Alfredo and his crew were always on time. They hauled away everything and cleaned up the area on a daily basis. He kept us informed every step of the way. He came in on budget just like he quoted and on time! We can't wait for him to start on the bathrooms next! We would definitely recommend Renteria Construction for your remodeling needs!

This work was done over a ten day period, working around ours and Alfredo`s busy schedules. The partition removal and finishing with the electrical and plumbing rerouting went on during and after the interior painting of our house. The demolition, haulaway and installation of new plywood surfaces on the kitchen countertops took two days. The two bathroom projects took three days and connecting everything in the kitchen took a day. Alfredo did a great job for us with all of thses things getting done during this period. His work is professional with very good attention to detail in all areas. We reccommend him highly and will be using his services in the future.
