Kasa Restoration

KASA Restoration over promises and under delivers! My remodel contract states 30 Days to complete! 90 days later my project was completed with SHODDY work! Contractor Steven Russell Ashurst Poorly managed my project and misallocated funds! he was paid 95% of the contract and i still had no cabinets Toilets and or flooring installed. He insisted that I pay him the remaining balance so that he could complete my project. At this point he was not showing up to the project not paying his employees and or sub contractors. At this point I was ony willing to by the materials for him to ensure he did not run off with the money. I had to drive clear up to Los Angeles on two seperate dates back to back to p/u cabinets with MY truck becouse he could not afford to pick them up. As a result of me paying for materials for him and so many items that still needed to be puchased I ended up over paying on my contract. Kasa Restoration "AKA" Steven Russell Ashurst has not paid me back or sub contractors. As a result of not paying his laborers my house was vandalized. A police report was file. I have all documentation an am perusing legal action. PLEASE DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE
