They were good and they were okay. Because of the type of tree we're working with, they suggested delaying it until the sap in the tree would slow down. We delayed it for a couple of months.

I used this tree service a few years ago after purchasing a coupon on Angie's list. I was delighted with the professionalism
, from the person who took my initial phone call to the actual tree trim and cleanup. I called them again this year to trim the palm trees before the winter storms started. They did a beautiful job trimming the fronds I was a bit disappointed with the cleanup. Previously the cleanup was pristine. This time my Gardner ended up having to sweep up the remainder of the mess before he could do the lawn. I called and let Henderson know and they very kindly subtracted the amount of money I paid my Gardner for his extra work from my final bill Great customer service!! I continue to highly recommend.

Work went quick and well trees did grow back

They are very good with trees. They were polite. We had a whole lot of trees so we paid them for more. They were nice and we are happy with the way the trees turned up.

My neighbors asked me to remove our trees as the roots were growing under a sun room in their house and lifting the foundation.  I was delighted to find an Angie's deal to remove trees.  The head man came out at a time that was convenient for me and we discussed the tree removal.  On the actual day of the removal I counn't be there, so the head man ensured that the tree removal guys had the correct information.  They were kind enough to trust working with two small dogs in the back yard.  The removal itself was clean, on time and there has been no regrowth.  Our neighbours and I are happy.

They were fast but didn't take the time to cut straight across making it hard to cover the stump or to set something on the top.

They were very good and I had no complaints. They trimmed 4 street side trees. It took them all day and they had a satisfactory cleanup too.

I was not present at the time of the service, but I would never have known that a tree had been cut down on my return to the house. The clean up was perfect. I would recommed them for tree removal. Great job!

It was a very good deal and value. I was anxious to get the work done and scheduling was very good. The supervisor was fine.  I did feel he was trying to upsell me a bit but wasn't overly aggressive.

I was happy with them. I let them take charge of it and it looks great. I choose them because of the big deal.

They removed a tree for me.  I have no complaints.

|The day of the job, they arrived in a large truck and proceed to struggle to maneuver it into position. As I watched form inside the house, the oversized truck drove over the raised edge of my asphalt driveway, crushing it. One of the worker outside the truck saw it, and the driver (manager/owner?) got out and looked at it. I waited to see if they would say anything about it, but they never did. When I brought it up, and asked how he planned to address the damage, he said he'd get back to me. | |In the end he didn't offer to repair it, or to pay for the repair. Instead, he said he'd top three cedars that were not part of the original bid for free. Knowing I'd have a heck of a time getting him to pay for the driveway repair, I accepted the offer. But I was still left with a smashed driveway caused by the oversized equipment they chose to use. | |I won't be calling them back for more work.

An ugly old myoporum with distorted growth and a lot of dead wood was growing on top of  younger shrubs - pittosporum and raphiolpsis - that would otherwise soon provide a denser more attractive screen, if given light and space to grow.   The growth of all the plants had become intertwined, making it difficult to see what should be removed.   The job required time and constant checking to see that cuts did not expose the unwanted view.  Hendersons were very helpful.  They understood the problem and worked carefully to achieve the desired result.
They also cleared and hauled an extra load of previous prunings.  I was delighted with the result.
