Garett, the writer, was good about matching bids from other installers. He was professional about explaining the differences between the doors. Brett, the scheduler, originally said between 8 and 10 am. Pressed he gave between 8 and 9. Travis showed up promptly at 9. Travis came out to do the installation by himself. Seemed a bit much for one person, but he's got his techniques down to a science. Travis took the extra time to neatly frame the door mounting points with extra support. He also used extra cross members on the opener's supporting framework. Took extra care to route the wiring, explain how things worked, and demonstrated the features. They will match competitor's pricing, so take the time to get matching quotes from other dealers. Travis was great. Since there are other installers, ask.
