ALEX'S TIRE

I needed a new set of tires for my '97 dodge truck. he gave me a price, and I said O.K. The next day he called and informed they sent the wrong tires. So I waited for the next day. They sent the wrong tires again, for a car. he called the next day and told me that the tires that I requested were not in stock. He apologized and offered me a set of taller tires for $20.00 more, not per tire but for all 4 tires, telling me that he gave me the tires for only $20.00 more because I had been patient and understanding and  that he was just trying to keep me happy as a customer and that it was not my fault the tires were not in stock.I have bought used tires from them before for spares and always been happy.  I should mention that I had inquired about the tires I ended up with, when I was ordering the first set and they were considerable higher in price! So, I ended up with the more expensive tires for $20.00 more! I should mention that he balanced and mounted the tires at no additional charge!
