Bob Toner is a liar and a flake. He cannot be trusted to do the right thing, Hire a contractor with a single ounce of integrity instead of Robert (Bob) Michael Toner who conducts himself more like a junky. Do your research; why would a reputable company list themselves as Closed on Google and Yelp if they had nothing to hide? To avoid negative reviews because of his poor behavior. He got caught lying about receiving our generator until he could not keep that act up any more. Then, he flaked on our installation and made up a story that he had food poisoning. Yet he would not commit to a new date, so basically takes your money and runs. It has been one bs story after another, just like dealing with an addict. He will be there in 15 minutes to take your money, but dodge your calls and texts after that. It is times he gets called out for what he is and I have all the documentation to back up this review.
