 + -1 moreSmart Build Construction did a beautiful job of remodeling our leaky, cracked pool. As a result we have a lovely new pool to enjoy, and it has improved the look of our back yard tremendously. As a friend put it, our pool has gone from being a selling detraction to a selling enhancement. Smart Build gave us a fair price, and we appreciated their honesty in advising us against doing something we didn't need to do, and saving us money. Their team did an expert diagnostic job in finding the leaks, and were knowledgeable, thorough, prompt, and pleasant at all times. We also appreciated their good follow-up and response to our questions. We recommend Smart Build Construction without hesitation. Note: The cost shown is for re-plastering only. (Angie's list requires that each section above be completed in order for recommendations to be posted. I want to give Smart Build a recommendation but do not wish to publish what I consider personal information). Smart Build will be happy to provide you with a fair quote for your particular job.
