Suddenlink arrived when they said they would and installed the service as requested. No complaints at all. The cost is competitive with Southern California, which is nice for up here in mammoth Lakes.

They seemed to have good customer service. They have faster service in some areas but not in Bishop due to not having DSL lines yet. They encourage you to rent their modem but you can actually use your own if you have one. It's cheaper to buy your own actually. Anytime our internet went down we were able to call them and they were able to fix it.
