+ -1 moreWe have contacted the company numerous times and they usually tell us they're working on it but it takes ages to get anything done.
Description of Work: This is a property management company. The primary reason for the poor rating is due to the lag time the company takes to get anything done. The only time an issue was addressed promptly was when we had an active water leak outside. We are currently waiting on a new woodstove replacement because the old one is a safety hazard that they were made aware of early in the summer and it is now November! WE have been waiting 6 months so far.
