It went very well. It took about ten days, and I had to be out of the house for those ten days, which was a pain. But they tried to accommodate my schedule and needs as much as possible. They arrived between 8:00 and 8:30, and were gone between 3:30 and 4:00. The house was left as tidy as possible each afternoon. When the system was fully installed they made sure both my husband and I knew how to work the controls, and came back several times to see if we had any questions or needed any help. They didn't even give us a bill until they were sure we understood the system and were happy. The bill was exactly the amount of the estimate. The controls are very easy to understand and operate. And it was heaven being cool this summer. We know that we can call Bishop Heating & AC any time for help, and they will come out. It is this confidence that makes us extremely happy with our decision.
