This man was recommended by my property management company. Though his card and website list him as a "chimney and fireplace specialist," he is, in fact, a general handyman who will take on most jobs including hauling, home repairs and snow removal. His services were fast and professional. He charged exactly what he estimated up front. He was personally cheerful and informative. For some reason Anglie's List objects to his website, which is, in fact: http://petersonhomeservices.vpweb.com/default.html
