First they demanded full payment with the order (most other furniture places I have shopped at ask for half or less). Then there was a five week wait for it to arrive at their store. Was asked to arrive before 5 to pick up furniture. When I got there at about 4:30, it was still on a truck, en route to the store, ETA 7 pm. Had to waste two hours waiting for it. Then, when I got it home, it was downright shoddy. Poor construction ... the bolts in the chairs did not fit, or the threads were worn out. I am not impressed and would not recommend anyone shop there.
