Description of Work: THIS COMPANY MANAGES OUR VACATION HOME. THEY OPEN IT UP FOR OUR GUESTS, TURN WATER, HEAT ETC. ON MAKE SURE IT IS CLEAN BEFORE/AFTER AND LOCK/SECURE UPON GUEST DEPARTURE. HANDLE ALL MONIES AND SEND US A CHECK (69%) FOR RENTS ON ANY PARTICULAR MONTH. NOTE: WE HAVE TRIED AT LEAST 3 DIFFERENT MANAGEMENT COMPANIES AND ARE HAPPIEST WITH BEAR LAKE.
