Animal Control Made Easy

Horrible.  If I could choose negative ratings, I would.  The owner is Joe Cook - extremely UNPROFESSIONAL, rude, and NOT humane in his treatment of animals. He was late to every appointment, causing me to be late for my own job, did not have a contract available, only a receipt book, left a trapped animal caged and unwatered for at least 3 if not 5 days straight, did not return phone calls when traps were full ... I really could go on and on. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!  I will be reporting him to BBB and to the state licensing board and anywhere else I could possibly think of.

I originally contacted Animal Control Made Easy (ACME) from information on their website. We heard what we thought were squirrels in the attic of our home.  Mr. Joe Cook discussed the problem and scheduled an appointment for our Attic to be inspected.  It was discovered that our problem was Rats, not Squirrels.  Rat Traps (6) were set in the attic and visible holes were patched.  Additional visits were required to remove dead Rats and reset traps; and to sanitize the entire attic.  We have not had any additional problems.  The Quality of the work was acceptable, but appointments were either forgotten by his staff or dates and times were changed without prior notice.
