OUR EXPERIENCE WAS POSITIVE. WE HAD BEEN LOOKING ALL OVER FOR THE RIGHT WALL UNIT FOR OUR FAMILY ROOM, AND WALL UNITS INC. WAS RIGHT FOR US SINCE THEY CAN TAKE ANY OF THEIR PIECES AND CUSTOM ALTER THEM TO FIT BY EITHER ADDING CERTAIN TRIM, OR CHANGING THE HARDWARE, AND THE UNITS COME IN A VARIETY OF WOODS AND FINISHES. THEY ALSO MAKE COMPLETELY CUSTOM SHELVES AND UNITS FOR ANY ROOM. IT TOOK ABOUT SIX WEEKS FOR DELIVERY ONCE WE PLACED THE ORDER.
