Didn't like him much as a person, but he did what we hired him to do. He was relatively neat, although I did have to clean the floors and the tubs after he was done. Most importantly, I suppose, the toilets worked! Main complaint: he was obnoxious and he charged us to haul away our old toilets. We found out later the city has a special toilet disposal point people can use free of charge. We felt he should have informed us of that.
