Repairman was on time (unusual for Big Bear), did the job efficiently, told us what went wrong and how to prevent recurrence as well as how to maintain the dishwasher. He was professional and courteous.

Called Kimbro's on a Saturday for a non-working refrigerator. They made a same day appointment and came on time. Jerry and his assistant were very knowledgeable and quick. I figured since my unit was about 30+ years old, it was done and needed more repairs than it was worth. Jerry took about 5 minutes to explain that all it needed was a $40 defrost timer that he had in his truck. It was working perfectly in no time! Very happy with Kimbro's and highly recommend!

THEY ARE WONDERFUL. THEY'RE JUST REALLY GREAT TO WORK WITH. THEY SHOW UP ON TIME. THEY SHOW UP IN A REASONABLY FAST TIME AND THEY DO IT WELL. THEY DON'T CHARGE AN ARM AND A LEG. I THINK THEY'RE THE ONLY GOOD ONES ON THE HILL.
