Home Building, Roofing
Mike Duncan has excellent credentials (he remodeled Beach Boys' Brian Wilson's home in Lake Arrowhead) and is truly the most reliable contractor we've ever worked with. He has innovative and practical solutions, arrives on time, works hard, does very professional work, and cleans up after himself so that we don't even know he's been there. His prices are more than fair and he doesn't take a mark-up on parts and supplies.
On top of everything else, Michael Duncan is a really good guy: very nice demeanor, easy to talk to, quickly understands the project you have in mind, is flexible, respectful of personal property, and very appreciative of the work. All in all, you cannot find another contractor who is as easy to work with and as professional as Michael Duncan of Duncan Construction. And I never thought I'd ever be able to say this about a building contractor!
