HES A FIXTURE IN THAT AREA SO THERE ARE CERTAIN PROBLEMS HE SEEMED TO BE ASTUTE WITH. HE SEEMED TO BE VERY THOROUGH IN HIS INSPECTION OF THE HOUSE.

ALTHOUGH ACCESS TO THE HOME WAS DENIED SEVERAL TIMES, THIS INSPECTOR PERSISTED UNTIL HE HAD DONE THE INSPECTION AND PREPARED THE DOCUMENTS TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE SELLER PRIOR TO PURCHASE. I WOULD USE THIS PERSON AGAIN.
