It was a simple refinancing with a perfect FICO score, employment, large equity accumulated. The quote was provided in November of 2009. Since, then it was a complete set of gross negligent actions such as: 1. not responding 2. not following up 3. lying about the status 4. not providing contact information for expediting 5. incompetence (e.g. inability to print sent document) 6. not knowing what is going on in your own department 8 months now and still no closure. Endless repeated appraisals, job verifications, credit reports (while everything was in order to begin with). I am filing a lawsuit against all individuals involved, bank of America. I also filing a complaint with the Department of Real Estate and BBB
