THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. THE QUALITY IS PRETTY GOOD COMPARED TO OTHER BUILDERS, BECAUSE THEY USE GOOD QUALITY MATERIALS.

THIS HOUSE PURCHASE WAS OUT FIRST IN CALIFORNIA AND WE WERE VERY CONCERNED ABOUT THE PROCESS. S&S WAS THE BEST THING THAT COULD HAVE HAPPENED TO US. THEY BUILT A GOOD HOUSE AND HAVE SUPPORTED REPAIRS AT NO COST FOR YEARS SINCE.
