Schram Designs

I knew a lot of the materials and fixtures that I wanted to work with and he illustrated all of my materials into a cohesive design. He  was very logical, fast, and had many wonderful out of the box ideas.  The process was quick and fun, and I felt like Jay really listened to me. His renderings made our building process sooooo much easier!  Definitely saved me time and money trying to explain it to my contractor. The final product was magnificent, and looked just like his renderings.  Anytime I build something in the future, I am definitely going to hire Jay to render it.  He is a solid guy, and I loved working with him because he was very skilled and didn't gouge me financially.  He also seemed genuinely excited by my project which was really nice.

My experience was awesome! They really went above and beyond until I got exactly what I was looking for. I had changes that simple to difficult and just a few phone calls back and forth, they were able to nail it! Very professional and got everything done in less than a week. I'd highly recommend them to anyone and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future.

Do give Jay all the plans, tell him what you are looking for. Include the contractor and subs if changes are to be made. Measure twice cut once!

We couldn't be happier with all the work that was preformed by Schram Design.  They did the work that they said they were going to do.  They were within their time schedule.  And they made it fun!  What more could you ask for!     

Everything went exactly as agreed.  We requested several renderings that the City requested us to provide.  During the process of their preparation, we made several changes.  Jason was very accommodating and responsive to our requests, and completed the requested changes quickly.  Following our meeting with the City, it was requested that one of the renderings be modified.  We explained the request to Jason, and he again, was very responsive to our needs and request. 
His price for the services provided was reasonable. 
We would, and will, definitely use his services again in the future.
