He had trouble selling the home, and we were not happy with some of his actions. He did not do enough to sell our home. He rarely attended scheduled open houses, and he did limited advertising. Our main problem with him was that he got us involved in a bad deal with a buyer. The deal presented the possibility of lender fraud committed by the buyer. Robert assured us that the deal was legitimate, but we read an article in the local newspaper that made us very suspect. We became very concerned and consulted with a real estate attorney. She advised us to cancel the deal. We had her draft a letter to the escrow company demanding cancellation of the deal and we also fired the Realtor.
