 + -1 moreMy husband and I met her a few months ago by her selling our homes and us buying a new home. She recently called us and told us that she is also affiliated with this company that provides private placements. I did not know what that was, but because she was really trustworthy and intelligent, I told my husband let's check it out. We paid a visit to her office and she explained how the process works and that instead of the 2.5% per year we are making on our money in the bank, we can put the money in a secured investment that is getting 9%/year guaranteed, paid monthly, by secured commercial real estate. What's best about it is that the money is not locked or anything. Anytime we need it, we can pull it out. IT IS FANTASTIC. The minimum was $25,000, which ours was well over that anyways. She is very creative and honest.
Description of Work: She saved us once with our house, now she comes through once more. We had about $126,000 in the bank collecting interest rate of about 2.5% per year which translated to about $250 per month, and she showed us how we can get 9% per year, and secured, even more secure than the bank. My money is secured by commercial real estate. I did all my due diligence on the company and found out that they are very reputable and now we are receiving $900/month. A difference of $650/month, which is a lot of money for us at this economy.

 + -1 moreShe basically came in and told us exactly what needs to be done to get the most out of our house. Sold the house in less than 45 days and found another house for us to buy in the area we wanted and did all the negotiating with the sellers and made sure the seller performs on all promises that she negotiated him to do. We cannot be happier. Talk about a win-win negotiator.
Description of Work: She sold our house in less than 45 days in this tough market. She knew exactly what people are looking for. After we contracted with her, she told us exactly what to change in the house to attract customers. She had the right connection to do the job. She told us to remodel the guest house that was not being used and that alone added more than $67,000 to the house with a $7,000 investment. 3 people were virtually fighting over the house because the guest house alone when rented would pay 1/3 of the mortgage for them. She was definitely very experienced and found us another place that was right for us and negotiated a fantastic deal with the seller and about 2 months after we sold the house, we bought this house in the area we wanted. She was definitely delivered all her promises and then some.
