Horrifying The workers were not getting the work done and they had a lot of difficulty to install all they promised. After weeks they were still trying and they messed up the entire house by jumping from the roof back into the house. The house got so dirty from mud under the workers feet. The wood and the marble floors got so stained that we needed to hire a professional company to clean all the worker mess. The walls got dirty from the workers touching them w/ dirty hands. They made unnecessary holes pictures attached, they drilled where they didn't need to without thinking straight. They even left junk on top of our roof. The owner a young man called 'Brian' the same one that we had met at the time we asked for an estimate stopped taking our calls. Once I posted a review on yelp Brian texted me nasty texts stating that I should be really happy that my husband and I got an amazing deal for the $12,000.00 we paid and that somewhere else it would have been more expensive. As of today nothing is working we are trying to find another company to fixe the stereo system that doesn't play music anymore, we need to repair ring, we also need to repair the projectors screens that from the beginning showed some red line in the middle of the image. This experience was definitely pricy for us as it cost us unnecessary expenses and a higher budget to repair and clean all they messed up inside our house. The stress is still there as we were unable to get rid of stains made on our fancy RH bed made of linen and each time we look at it we just remember this. We are extremely worry each time we need to hire someone to get a project at our home. We no longer believe in other peoples positive reviews as we believe those companies definitely ask friends and family to write them positive reviews. If someone is good and know their job it shouldn't mess up any project at someone's house, when you know your job you should succeed and stay professional with any one that hires you.

The job wad a very smooth process. First they came by and provided me with a free estimate. Then when I accepted the offer. They came back in a few days and installed the cameras. They were able to hide all the wires so that none of them were exposed. After all of that they then put the the remote access through the dvr and onto my smartphone. A+++++
