Vlad takes about an hour and polishes everything.  He gets out scratches and gets out fingerprints.  He cleans the strings as well... not sure if humidity causes them to rust or what but they do change color over time.  He is not cheap but it's a pretty specialized field I guess.  I got his number from the piano store where I bought the piano.  He is very polite and professional.  If you want to protect your investment, I recommend him.
