He was great.  He is quick and efficient! I put in the request on Sunday morning, and he had called me Sunday evening.  He was willing to come on Monday even though that was not the most convenient for him (but it was the only date that worked for me).  He said he'd be there between 3:00-6:00, and he arrived by 3:15. It is 3:40pm on Monday afternoon, and the dishwasher was fixed!  Second time we have used this company, both good.
