The day the work was scheduled to begin, we drove over to the property at the agreed upon time to meet the survey team. An hour later, when no one had showed up, we called their office, & were abruptly told by the receptionist that they would not be coming today because it was drizzling. Someone could have informed us of this earlier & not wasted our time. Over the next few weeks, there were constant changes in terms of when they were going to complete the work, again with no communication to manage our expectations. Due to conflicts with other jobs, the survey took much longer than initially promised. The property markers were not placed as promised, until we informed them that we would withhold the final payment until this work was completed. Although the survey work itself is probably fine, the communication & timeliness left much to be desired. Each interaction with their receptionist was abrupt & impolite.
